Join us to celebrate World Animal Day!

On Sunday September 30th, we'll honour World Animal Day at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada. Since it was started in 1913, World Animal Day is marked around the world, a day to remember and pay tribute to all animals and the people who love and respect them. At the DSC, we will have a special tribute ceremony outside, near Memorial Hill, at 1:30 pm. Sunday September 30th is an Open Day at the Sanctuary, from 10 am to 4 pm, and we welcome those who are able to come to remember all of the animal friends we have known, loved and lost. We hope you can join us.
