Ricky

Before arriving at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada (DSC) Ricky, five donkey friends and one mule friend, lived on a farm in Southern Ontario. It was a very loving home. When the owner had to downsize their farm due to their own health, they contacted the DSC to inquire if we could take on the group of six. They all arrived in the summer of 2024.

Ricky is the most nervous and timid of the group. He will spend some time with our trainer to help develop his skills and confidence. We are excited to watch him settle into his new life here at the DSC.
