Marco

Before arriving at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada (DSC) Marco, five donkey friends and one mule friend, lived on a farm in Southern Ontario. It was a very loving home. When the owner had to downsize their farm due to their own health, they contacted the DSC to inquire if we could take on the group of seven. They all arrived in the summer of 2024.

Marco has settled nicely here at the Sanctuary Farm. He seems to be the protector of the group and is quick to notice any new change in or around the paddock. He loves to hang out with his friend Polo.
