BamBam

BamBam lived on a farm in southwestern Ontario, where he spent many peaceful years.

Following the passing of his longtime owner, the responsibility for BamBam’s care fell to a family member who had little experience with animals. Wanting to ensure the best for him, they consulted their farrier, who recommended reaching out to the DSC. We welcomed BamBam in the early summer of 2025.

At over 30 years old, BamBam is one of the elder residents at the sanctuary. He has settled in well, getting used to the routines of Sanctuary life.
