Hank

Hank lived in a very loving home, where he was well cared for, however his previous owners wanted him to enjoy his retirement surrounded by other donkeys in a peaceful sanctuary setting. That’s how he found his way to the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada, and we’re so happy to have him here.

Hank arrived with his close companion, Heide, on a big equine transport trailer. In fact, he even made a special guest appearance on the shipper’s social media! We’re looking forward to seeing Hank settle in and blossom in his new home.
