Aurora

Before coming the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada (DSC), Aurora and her mom Nova lived on a farm north of Huntsville for over 10 years. As their caregivers started to age and experienced related health problems, they knew it was time to find another forever home for the two girls.

We worked together with Primrose Donkey Sanctuary to give Aurora and Nova a new lease on life, and they arrived at the DSC in the late fall of 2023.

Aurora, although a little shy, has adjusted well to her new life here at the Sanctuary.
