Meet Ajay

Before arriving at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada (DSC), Ajay and his longtime companion, Remy, lived together on a private farm in the Kingston area, where they were lovingly cared for for many years. When the farm was scheduled to be sold, their owner made the thoughtful decision to place them with the DSC to ensure they would continue to receive the care and security they deserved.

Ajay arrived at the sanctuary in the spring of 2026 and has shown himself to be the more cautious and reserved of the pair.
